We offer Exchange Only — no cash refunds.
All exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Our Exchange Policy
At Style Stitch by Sehrish, we take great care in preparing every order. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are happy to offer an exchange.
Please note:
- Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging should be intact
- Exchange is subject to availability of the replacement item

How to Request an Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
Take clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery
Share your order details and photos with us
We’ll confirm and arrange the exchange

Eligible for Exchange
You may request an exchange if:
- You received a damaged or defective item
- You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered)
- There is a significant colour difference from product photos
- Request is made within 24 hours of delivery

Not Eligible for Exchange
We are unable to process exchange requests for:
- Items that have been washed, worn, or altered
- Requests made after 24 hours of delivery
- Sale or discounted items
- Change of mind or size issues (please refer to our size chart before ordering)
- Items without original packaging

Shipping for Exchange
If the exchange is approved due to our error (wrong or damaged item):
- We will bear the return shipping cost
- Replacement will be dispatched within 3-5 working days
- Customer will bear the shipping charges both ways

Refund Policy
As we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, cash refunds are generally not applicable. In exceptional cases where a refund is approved by our team, it will be processed via bank transfer within 7 working days.
Refunds are only considered if an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability.
